very rough draft of Lit Reviews for Lit Futures

I’m weaving stories of fiction that inspires my fiends and family to investigate the liberatory potentials of fiction in modeling world building thats crucial for abolitionist imagination.

– 10% done, I still have to edit the interviews and introduce the interviewers in the podcast. I’m curious how the sound it, volume, the music, my voice, etc.

  1. Hi :D, the concept behind your podcast is pretty interesting! The narration with the transition of music really reminds me of the advertisements I saw as a kid growing up, which took me down memory lane haha. The only thing I really noticed what that the word “like” was used a couple of times in a row, but other than that, I’m excited to see your podcast grow!

    1. thank you, I’ll work on editing that out!

  2. Hi, I really like the ideas of your podcast. I think a podcast of getting to hear about stories to inspire each other in trying to find joy in difficult moments is really interesting. I like the use of music in the background it really added to the story that is going to be told. As far as anything I could see using improvement, a lot of filler words were used that could be a little distracting so maybe being wrier of them. Also, the mixing of your voice and the music could be balanced a little bit more, as some sounds like S’s and T’s are a bit tinny. Overall excited for you and your podcast!

    1. yes I noticed the S’ and T’s too! any advice on getting that down?

  3. Hey there! I really like your rough draft so far, and your title is awesome haha. If this is an introduction for each episode, I think it may be a little long, but I think the middle portion would be great content for the actual discussion rather than for an intro. The music in the background creates a really nice feel that I know listeners will also like. Very excited for you and the start of your podcast, congrats! šŸ™‚

    1. im proud of the title too! when I put the content at the beginning, I was trying to give a little preview for whats ahead to pull the listener in. do you think it achieved that? or do you think it was confusing? I apprecaite the feedback!

  4. Really good!! I thought the overall sound quality was great. Because this is only the beginning I do not have much analysis to give, but I think you are off to a great start. Also, I am not a big reader but I was intrigued by this intro.
